About me

 

Designing with purpose — where business goals meet human needs

I’m a Product & UX leader with 8+ years of experience shaping digital products across finance, B2B, healthcare, and hospitality. I bridge business strategy, behavioral insight, and human-centered design to turn complexity into clarity and measurable results.

At my different roles, I’ve led end-to-end discovery and delivery—applying COM-B behavioral frameworks and AI-aided research to cut costs, speed insights, and improve adoption. In addition to that, I designed accessible, data-driven experiences for global clients like Assurant, Johnson Matthey, Swedbank, FIS, and BT.

Curiosity drives my work. Understanding why people behave as they do to design experiences that are both strategic and empathetic.

Now based in Nashville, I bring a global perspective from Bilbao → London → Tennessee, and a passion for behavior-informed design at speed and scale, no matter the industry.

Currently working on

As of fall 2025, I am working on:

  • A payment Hub for a financial entity that provides the systems necessary for treasury operations.

  • An internal app for route drivers who service mini-markets, vending machines and the like.
